His dance, is literally the most boring thing. Barely even animated, you might as well draw something on paper and just copy paste the paper into the game. Skins too man. It's a stretch to buy any of his skins, because they lack quality. 
How freaking hard is it to add 2 new skins??? You add a skin every other patch bro?
His gameplay is fine besides his passive, while his visuals are horrendous. He is also super unpopular, so he will probably stay in limbo forever unless riot has a change of heart and puts out an ezreal-like update for a champion that is not one of their favorites.
At least we were promised a skin for him this year, but I wouldn´t get my hopes all to high. There always the possibility for that skin to be super underwhelming which would then mean having to wait another 5 years for another shot.
