So buffing IE was a great idea?
Did people really ask for IE to be buffed? The power spike is real.

It got reverted, not buffed.

No. No one really asked for it to be buffed. People asked for them to put real effort into a crit rework. They just reverted everything though.
Better/easier to balance than the last iteration doubling Crit IMO.
Plus at least the bonus Crit damage was reduced compared to the older version of IE, in exchange for like 5% Crit chance and 5 AD.
