It's too hard to get Skarner in ARURF!

I'm a S3-4 Skarner player, I played back when Skarner had Energize as his passive and he had base damages, and attack speed, as well as normal fighter movement speed, 345, none of this mage MS garbage.

I played Skarner even after the nerfs and I've been pissed in every game since except URF. I got to 40k mastery by playing Skarner when mastery was introduced, then URF came out and I doubled that in a fucking week end. The amount of LoL that I play has significantly decreased since S3, but URF is my one chance to enjoy the champion I love again. Ah what I memories I have, HE HAD BASE DAMAGES BACK THEN! nowadays he has shit base damage on E and the rest is all scaling which is terrible in a game that has base damages, Skarner will never out damage anyone like this, as far as ults that do damage go, Skarner is almost certainly the lowest damage ult. I bet a single Corki Rocket does more than a Skarner ult, that's not even counting the 8 others to follow.

Worst part is damage is the least important thing he lost, between AS, MS and Energize causing his W to be twice as long, this champion is garbage compared to what he used to be. I don't want path 5.16 Skarner back, I want 4.9 and I'll probably never get that because Riot doesn't give a shit about duelists, they're harder to end games as so it's easier to make Skarner a weak ass CC tank and be done with it.

URF though, my one way to relive the best time I've ever had in LoL or at least simulate it without doing drugs and it never fucking comes, I can't get URF and rolling Skarner on ARURF is so hard, worse off there is no custom game URF, I can't even 9 sympathetic members of the community to play all day with me so I can relive the only good times I can have in LoL because Riot won't let us make URF Customs. Please Riot it's been over a year since URF and it's been over 3 since Skarner was a decent champion.
