Please Correct the mistakes of 4.10 already. (The Skarner mega nerf patch)

His Current passive, is more of a Q passive as it is. Why not just give him back some of his damage, remove the damage portion of the interrupt (that's right, .5 seconds is not a stun, it's enough for a single hit more, it's not more than an interrupt for channels and crap) and then just give him his old actual passive back and put the garbage interrupt on Q.

The originally idea of Skarner was: I have no gap closers and rely on your position and my speed to get to you, but if I find you "you'll never escape" and therefor we must duel. After the First nerf it was more like: I'm gonna farm up to get Iceborn Gauntlet then I can play my old play style, but I can still be used to pressure enemies and chase them to their turret until then. Now it's more like: If I catch you, "you'll never escape" but you can just turn around and kill me if I don't have allies with me because I am practically Janna.

It's like what is the point of being inescapable if nobody wants to escape, he isn't a threat with his massive cool downs and low damage.
