Can we please rework Nasus

This is a champion that scales infinitely, the way you normally handle someone who scales well such as say Riven, or Shyvana, is by abusing the weak early game they often come with and some will try and tell you to beat Nasus you just don't let him farm and kill him early but this simply does not work, this is a champion with less counterplay than Ryze at his worst.

Nasus isn't that strong early but the problem comes with the fact that he has a lifesteal as a passive, which means as a melee champion harassing him is hopeless, and if you all in him he just withers you and walks away. The only way to deal with him as a melee champion early is to get ganks, if your jungler who is almost certainly a stranger doesn't camp you then you lose, well not really, but your opponents have to make some massive mistakes to lose with a Nasus who didn't get camped.

Today I played a Shyvana game, I usually ban Nasus if I go top on account of I'd rather lane vs Garen or Darius, Fiora, Gangplank or even some bullshit AP top. I wanted jungle but it was taken so I am top, enemy picks Nasus. I outplay Nasus early with my ignite since I don't take flash, and then later on around level 8 he gives me another kill he could have easily won a fight if he turned on me but he ran away without withering me. Idk what he was thinking but it's obvious he is terrible if he's not withering me and running away from me when I am stronger, I kill him and then push the wave in as far as I can. Despite dieing twice in lane, which is twice more than someone that tanky with lifesteal should ever die, he was still able to do 90% of Vaynes hp in one Q.

This is a champion with a 5 second potent perma slow, 20% free lifesteal, infinitely scaling damage, 40 armor reduction, builds durability and trinity force, and his ult will do 75% of your hp in magic damage and give him up to 300 AD.

This champion has everything he needs to survive and in some cases even bully melee top laners while actually not even being that atrocious against ranged targets, as well as having the best late game, slow, build and IMO passive.

I don't understand how this champion hasn't been nerfed yet, he's been this OP for a long time.
