Small Medium Sivir buffs to remind players she exist.

Sivir is not the worst adc but she isnt the best right now. Here are some buffs to make her feel slightly stronger. I love Sivir... well I use to love her.

Idea 1 - Increase Sivir's attack speed scaling and or base attac speed. Currently sivir attack speed scaling is at 1.6% which is pretty bad when compared to other late game hyper carries. Sivir was turned into hyper carry and its time they gave her the attack speed for it. Or increase her base attack speed so she scales better with items.

Idea 2- Make it so successful blocks with spell shield grants the movement speed effect of fleet of foot. This is a simple buff that will make her kit come more together.

Idea 3- This is not a small buff but a buff that will bring back Sivir Q damages. Champions hit by ricochet cause them to take 5% - 25% (Based on W scaling) bonus damage from boomerang blade. Idea 4- Champions hit by ricochet take full damage of boomerang blade even when they are not the first thing champion struck. This will give Sivir more choices on when to throw Boomerang blade.

No, shes not really weak, its just rn the meta favors adcs that build botrk

The ADC meta is blade of the ruin king right now, so she really isnt that bad more so just not in favor of the current meta. I do think Idea 2 would be a great tiny buff, and would make sense to have with her kit too.

Well, she probably has slightly lower base attack speed because of her ult's passive increasing her AS when she uses her W - which has about a 3 second CD at max level at max CDR and can crit multiple people, even though the AS has been nerfed I do think a little more base AS wouldn't push her over the edge

I do like the idea of the MS for blocking a spell

If she gets to lategame she can definitely carry a teamfight so she's definitely not weak. She just needs a few items to get going.
