Punished for Client crashing/ failing to load the first time around :C

So recently i tried to play a ranked game and champ selection goes normal and everything. Then I go into loading screen and all i get is a black screen. Fine whatever it happens. Maybe my client is just being slow or maybe its the plays.tv i just started using (first game) causing it to be slow. Then it says client crashed please try again and reconnect. OK i do that. Get to 90% and it stops loading and it takes me to the end game screen. -15 points and i get branded as a leaver. All the players decided to have the remake vote I guess. Keep in mind my client has crashed in the past for unknown reasons and it happens as I am sure, to everyone, every once in awhile. But it is ok because you can just refresh and reconnect after it tells you it has crashed. And you have around a minute+ before minions spawn so it really does not affect the players and your team to much. I do not think the system should punish you for 1. the game is the one crashing and 2 If you have not left a game in a long time (like me) 3 the game does allow sometime to reconnect if your first attempt goes wrong.

I think the system should only punish you if you do not enter a game consecutively, maybe in a weeks time after 2 times of not starting and entering a game after loading.
