Have much more than 500 more HP than the ADC with that item, as that is the point at which it caps out.

Build more armor? It punishes health, not armor. Also, your bonus armor is only 5% less effective than it was last season, its not like buying more wont do anything

In fact, unless you have 7 times your base armor as bonus armor, armor is more efficient than last season.

Actually it doesn't punish health and it does ignore 40% of your bonus armor. If you have 500 more health than the target, there is no harm in building more health. It's still less powerful than last whisper of last season. 15% Extra damage is nice, but you still get more than 15% tankier for each health/armor item you build so it's not that strong.

Play a Mage or adc that out damages the user? It is only built as a countermeasure when you have an opposing team with quite a large amount of health
