negative behaviour during champ select

Hi;

If someone intentionally bans a champ that I have select, shows to me that person does not have a positive attitude towards to the game. Currently the only recourse I have is to dodge the match.

If someone says "xyz or feed", again shows poor sportsmanship and I have no recourse other than dodging the match.

These are just two examples in a constellation of situations people encounter in game lobby that are not being addressed.

Please RIOT implement something to address people that intentionally log in to ruin other people's match.

Banning a champion will never be punished, because I have had mid/top laners want Yasuo, but were last pick and BITCHED that, because none of us owned that champion so we banned it. But it's also because sometime you just have horrible memories with that champion on your team.

As for the XYZ feed thing from my experience 95% of the people who say that never feed. They just want to make people dodge and lose their LP/Promo match for dodging so they do not get banned for Inting, but still ruining someone's mood.
