His pickrate still hovers between 0.9 - 1.4%

Viky skins are usually given to champions who are very popular throughout the whole season and who caused a huge shift in the meta.

Urgot did open up the golden age of diversity in lcs, with his champions of the forgotten, but he simply isnt popular in yolo queue still.

Will this change? Maybe. If it does, he will be a candidate.

You're probably right, I was just pointing out how Urgot is actually more popular in competitive than Zed at the moment.

If I had to choose a champ for a victorious skin, I'd probably say either Sejuani , Hecarim , or maybe Sion .
