jinx w does not give vision on everything

i think this is a bug and it cost me 2 kills but if you w a leblanc and she goes into passive you dont get vision on her untill she goes out of stealth.

Granting vision and revealing stealth are two separate mechanics.

Jinx's Zap only grants vision.

so explain why it does work if the passive is poped first or if you hit an invisible champion you do get to see them and they are revealed.

Jinx's Zap hasn't revealed stealth since patch 3.13 (October 2013).

If you hit Eve while she's in stealth, you'll kind of see the impact, but she won't get revealed. You'll gain vision of her if she unstealths during Zap's duration.

Though in Eve's case she would be revealed, because being in combat disables her passive and dealing damage to her puts her in combat.

well i guess then the bug is the otherways as i know for a fact i once hit a xhaco with zap season 4 and still revealed him

leblancs stealth only lasts for like half a second. If you hit her and that brought her down to her passive proc hp it makes sense you lost vision as she stealthed after your reveal anyway.
