Kindred in 3v3

So I have a question I was unable to find the answer elsewhere on the board and it goes like this. Why does kindred never get the mark of the kindred on her own camps on twisted treeline? Isn't that a huge nerf almost to the point of unplayable when she has to risk invading a jungle almost always with an enemy jungler in it and choke points that make it really dam easy to get collapsed on by the enemy laners? I know that should she only get the mark of the kindred in her own jungle that would be incredibly dangerous for early game scaling and snowballing, but shouldn't there be the occasional mark in her own jungle. Insights?
