Bard W Gives Mana Too?

So I was playing Strife, which is incredibly hard to even get into a game with, but one of the characters has the exact ability like bard: you place a little thing and it heals and gets stronger after a certain amount of time. The only difference is that after is charges to its stronger heal, it gives mana as well. This might help to make Bard's W more powerful in the late game. Plus, you got rid of mana potions, Rito.
