I think Kayn ult is still bugged

I find Kayn ult to be one of those buggy ones. Just today, two ranked games in a row, I was clearly around 300 unit, well the ultimate has a range of 525 unit, chasing an adc without any grounding ability, and smashing r and have it not go. I don't think the recording would help showing that I literally press r five times. I was without the Kayn transform, seems to happen a lot prior to transformation. It sucks to have your team and enemy team just saying you are bad lol, and given how snowbally this game is nowadays, a couple of mis-ults early game is a game difference.
