Normal Matchmaking: Can we get matched with people with similar levels

Casual normals only player, I have been playing since S4. Played all the champs quite a few times. I found in a lot of my normal games these days, I still get matched with pretty newish players on my team.

Most of my games that I lost nowadays, I find that it's because of players that are just learning the game for the first time. Omg, Karthus still killing me when he is dead. Or, I didn't know Jax does that much damage. Or sometime even taking turret shots at level 1.

There isn't really any climbing in normals, since half of my games are with brand new players and it just becomes a toss up. Probably 1 in a few games I find it's a fair fight. Trying new things in normal is cool, but having brand new players with players that have been playing for ages is a pretty bad experience on both sides. I think at least Riot should consider matching people with similar levels, and I wouldn't mind waiting a bit longer in queue to get the better matches.
