Another discussion on warding.

So I took a few months break from playing league. Life can be demanding that way and just started playing again and this kinda stuck out like a sore thumb to me. I enjoy playing support and can be found playing it 80% of most games. People seem to forget to ward in the heat of the game. Mainly its mid or top which if your mid I'll cut you a little slack, but you should still be able to find time to ward every 360 seconds right? 3x the time need for another totem ward to stack. I thought it would be a nice feature if there was a little button in the after game screen that allowed players to hit, say a majority of players needed to do this on a team so 3 out of 5, that would then after the player closed out would cheerfully remind players to do a little better job warding next game. Maybe a teemo placing a shroom like a ward animation? Idk riot could have some fun with it. Anyways the player needing to ward better would then have to wait 10 seconds while watching this message screen before being able to click out and move to their next game. Your thoughts community?

I agree that this is something the community should have better awareness of, but the solution is not to make people sit through forced reminders. Perhaps Riot could add a feature that makes the ward icon flash when it's fully recharged, or just issue a public announcement about how little people ward (like a Clairvoyance Blog).

It's important to remember that it isn't really Riot's job to make players better at the game, but they may choose to add small features to increase player satisfaction.

I would rather not in game as much as possible. They have other things to focus on and can't internalize it. Above all I would like it to be a cheerful reminder with maybe a short clip or clips.
