Marthian1 votesit wasn't. That said, there are changes on the PBE that effect her:
ADC changes (some became stronger) Her AD went down further (including AD per level) Silver Bolts change (is a greater percentage and has a minimum damage, but no longer has a base damage. The math is complicated, but basically r5 Silver bolts is weaker than live if the target has less than 1500 hp, stronger if they have more.) BoRK's current HP% dropped from 8% to 6% understandably since if you can use it on your champion, it's really good (Vayne wasn't the only person that abused it.)

Her win rate went down two percentages following that nerf, with no other significant changes.
