My friends said that they not gonna make a 3 Hits passive

but they makes a 4 hit instead.

is it true? cause if it is, Riot is Just waaaay to creative.

(on the new champ Jhin I mean)

It's not really the same as it's not stacking on person (Like kindred E) It works in the way that his gun holds four "shots" the last bullet does extra damage.

So for instance, you shoot 3 bullets to kill a minion wave, back and go to lane your next shot does bonus damage and reload.

(This is of course assuming that he doesn't auto reload after a short period like graves which is kind of counter intuitive in the sense you're forced to be overly aggressive or waste your moments of power)

Diana is kind of hybrid as it only becomes usable after a period of time, but doesn't require hits on the same target.

So, yes in general it's a similar concept (Can even throw annie in the mix as well). Almost 130 champions they cant be completely unique in every fashion. This particular mechanic has a nice balance to it and provides clear and concise moments of power and counter play.

That said people are picking on Jhin because they are slightly more obvious. There have been many many shared mechanics among champions that changed just slightly to make them feel different in game and fit the kit.

He has a graves reload passive with 4 shots rather than 2, technically its different from what people mean by the three hit passive.

I read it, after 4 th attack it will deal additional bonus damage and crit LOL same thing.

The 4th does the bonus actually, but ya. Idk if I consider it the same as a three hit passive though because you don't have to hit the same person three times, or do it in a time limit, its just a reload passive.
