To those that think that Riot Listen to our balance feedback...

Here's the prime example of how little they care or listen to us when it comes to balance :

Devourer and Guinsoo were in the PBE already, then they gave Xin free dmg buff (28/1/2013). We warned riot for a whole 2 weeks that it would be broken OP and he still got patched 14/2/2016 on Live server and he was broken OP just like we said.

2 months later, he's still God-Tier jungle and OP (Maybe less OP than before but still is), but we have to wait the next patch in May to finally have some decent nerf that we can actually counter with ARMOR.

It was just a friendly reminder of how little they listen for balance and how long it takes to finally get a nerf on the roots of the problems (the items) and how they look when it happens.

Here are five other examples of when they actually did listen to the boards.

Garen Darius Fiora Mordekaiser Skarner

Remember these monstrosities? Riot buffed them because we asked them to.

Honestly, you know nothing and just repeat what those uninformed told you. Back then I've been following PBE daily.

Main complains about Garen were lack of crit scaling on E - which was brough back - and terribadly slow to farm W which also lost the tenacity - no changes here.
Darius got no meaningful changes on PBE. Later on live he got a hotfix buff - because based on his stats Riot figured out he's shit -, a meaningless buff to W and a nerf to his Q width.
Fiora... Fiora? She only had her model slightly changed on PBE and nerfs on live.
Mordekaiser got a cancer rework. Where's the Boards' fault in that it didn't and doesn't work?
Skarner. Oh, boy, Skarner. Sure there were comments like "He's got a rock", but nobody asked of Riot to just buff him to the point he was obnoxious near those rocks. Rather to remove them.

ONLY Skarner was significantly changed.

IMO I hope those people burn(but survive ofc), all because of that riot is cautious and waits 2-3+ weeks before giving us what we want now. Which isn't bad for more stable cases but I literally have 30 non-champion-wise changes that need to be done which I posted since S6 preseason and it took them till the mage patch to address about 15-20 of them which I'm personally excited for.

The boards repeatedly complained the Skarner's juggernaut rework was "too weak" on the PBE, so riot gave him several buffs. At launch he had something like over a 63% winrate.

Try saying that when you dont die. He has an amazing cap close. Health steal the likes anyone has seen before. Tons of damage. Amazing ult. And he can gank from fuckin level 3. Please don't talk about something you dont know.

Also, why is a bronze 3 with a win rate of 17% trying to talk down to me on matters of balance?

Lol just like how riot listened when players kept saying the juggernauts were weak on PBE until riot listened and hyper buffed them on release?

Yes players are retarded, no riot had no right not compensation nerfing xin but because of said players who caused major issues with the juggernaut patch riot doesn't want to rush to listen to said retards.

Trust me I love the juggernauts and juggernaut items, it's the players who i hate all because of them riot buffed a tad too much got explosive negative feedback and suffered. Now riot is cautious and waits 2-3+ weeks before actually going through with changes we want. Although I'm happy that they are and they're addressing many issues with the upcoming mage patch anyways so I'm simply excited.

The juggernauts were never a mistake, the mistake was riot listened too soon in the past. Now they're listening properly even if it may feel slow they're listening in reasonable times.

Also I don't think I ever said the juggernauts were the mistake in my original comment O_o I complained about the players only in it as well
