Still no cool down on Gnar's toxic W passive.

Perma speed and %hp which leads to a perma slow, with a hop for extra gap closer. And just bend over and take it once he completes his item 3022

So, Gnar cant have his W, but Vayne can have her silver bullets and movespeed from her passive? That makes a load of sense man.

Regards, A Filthy Gnar main.

did you compare the damage?

10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 (+100% Ability Power) (+6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14% of target's max Health) to 20/25/30/35/40 +(4/5/6/7/8%) true damage

also gives ms, and his Q which has 2 sec cd and no casting time applies the mark

You forgot the 100% AP scaling. Seriously, try out ap gnar. It's stupid.

First of all, his w passive is about his only form of damage in Mini-Gnar form, and while yes there is the AP scaling, going AP gnar would be stupid, similar to going full AD gnar you would be far too squishy because of mini-gnar's base stats. Gnar has far more burst/reliable damage in his Mega-form, while mini-gnar is meant to kite. Before gnar builds any tank, fight him rather than run away when he's in mini form, a majority of melees will outdamage him. Also, the true cooldown is about 4-5 seconds at max rank Q and R, because the cooldown return applies once he catches it, and the travel time is part of the cooldown. Once he catches the boomerang, it will have about 2 seconds left.

BTW, there is a small cast time on Q, and W passive is magic damage (and only in min-form) meaning it only takes 100 MR to reduce the damage to 5/10/15/20/25 (+50% AP)(+3/4/5/6/7% of target's Max Health) which isn't that much lower against tanks BUT against squishies that is very low chunking compared to the damage other carries and mages will deal. In the long run, it's only useful comparatively to the tanks, while mega-form is good for teamfights. It's why the biggest component to Gnar is managing his Rage bar so you can go Mega at the start of a teamfight and use your AoE and CC on people.

But the thing is no champion is plyed ever if it doesnt have at least one thing he/she/it is OP at. Gnar has his w passive and CC while in mega form and that is just completely fair. If that wasn't the case no-one would ever play Gnar.

How is Gnar's passive on his W toxic... it is a kiting tool, because Mini Gnar is designed to kite.
