buff teemo

Now before this post gets tons of downvotes ill list my reasons why

1. Currently with the strong bruisers he can no longer lane bully, with bruisers like mundo and daruis just running him down

2. He has a 47.5 percent winrate according to op.gg

3. He should be good with the bruiser meta knowing hes ranged and a lane bully

Teemo can only be played top if he cant be played top theres no point in playing him

Heres one question i have tho rito balance team, Why can yasuo be played more than teemo and have a higher wr when hes supposed to be high skill?

Theres no doubt about it teemo is struggling maybe instead of just buffing teemo we could indirectly buff him with a buff to and

Since if we buffed liandrys it'd help zyra and rumble.
