Is it even possible to make it through Gold 2?

I've been in between Gold 3: 70lp and Gold 2: 20lp for about 30 games now.

Whenever I jump into Gold 2, I am immediately thrown into games with uncooperative teammates who either refuse to work together or flat out decide to afk or intentionally feed because someone flamed them.

Then, whenever I drop back to Gold 3, I win my 3 games in a row (2 to reach 100, 1 for promos) because my teammates actually want to play as a team and be decent human beings for 30-40 minutes.

This has happened at least 7 times in a row. I don't know how to break the cycle. What do I do?

Try only mid and jg and influence the map

Carry top is hardest this season

Dw your not the only one I spent more time in plat elo from p5 to p1 three times Was so depressing :(

If you play a snowbally champion top that you are good at like Darius Fiora Gangplank Irelia Jax Kennen Pantheon Riven then you can definitely carry from top lane. Playing tanks top lane will get you nowhere because you are too team reliant to win games. Never put your fate in the hands of your teammates in solo q. Or you could just do a 5 man premade and get boosted.

Bronze division is funny

Silver and Gold are imo the nicest elo division :)

Platinum division players are scrubs

Diamond players are elitist and stupid peoples like Donald Trump

Master players are the most mysterious

Challenger players are admirable

Yea honestly I don't really mind gold. Least amount of trolling I have seen and usually minimal flame. Games very but most of the time it seems like people just accept we all suck but know the game a little and just want to try and win. Its rather nice not going to lie.
