What are your favorite, most fun, undervalued and underplayed champs in your elo?

I'd go with Aurelion Sol. Unique play style, badass voice and roaming potential fitting for a space dragon. I can never suppress my maniacal laughter when I charge into a lane with a gigantic stella core.

i agree man, Aurelion Sol is an absolute BEAST if you can play him, most people really do suck on this guy but his design and aesthetic is just so damned good.

i would say the ones i see underplayed are Rumble, Shaco, Oriana (seriously never see her and i love this mid laner one of my main champs)

I thought Dopa said a bronze player can outlane a challenger if you give the Bronzie Aurelion Sol?

i highly doubt it, the positioning of the challenger player would be far superior, and he would also know the range of Sol's abilities, not only that they would just out-roam even with Sol's potential a bronze player (a true bronze player) probably wouldn't roam efficiently or react.

"Aurelion Sol was the most broken champion in the game, after the nerf, he's still strong but manageable. "Here comes some hard cold facts" Any player that raised their elo significantly with Sol are boosted trash. The reason being is that when a good player and a bad player meets in lane, you can clearly see the bad player lose xp/cs and lose level over time, resulting in snowballing. But with Sol, a Bronze player can play the lane out easy against a CHALLENGER player. The real shitty thing with Sol comes from the fact that when this Challenger player knows this, so he tries to kill the boosted Sol early on and duel him, you lose. If you look at Sol Challengers they are all Sol OTPs, they are rotting in Plat and low Diamond, but then got up because of Sol. If you want some proof, go look at Sol OTP challengers, they are all above 60% winrate. If you are above 60% winrate, you need to be way higher in Challenger. This means you are either an alt or shitter that's got his rank boosted substantially because of Sol."

I find it funny how he wants to deliver some hard cold facts and immediately proceeds with a subjective insult.

But damn, is any of this still applicable to Sol today? Because I almost never see him and when I do, he feeds.

a really good sol player won't lose lane and will pretty much carry team fights but by good i mean REALLY good, its all about positioning and knowing tricks like Q, wait until the edge, ULT and follow it all the way down the lane for a sweet 3-5man stun, flash out when you want it to hit and you won't miss a single ''galaxy'' shot (the skinny skill)

Pisykan1 votes

this is true for all OTPs, he's just annoyed specifically and targeting specifically.

a ''true'' bronze player would also never lose to a challenger player in lane, thats just complete horse turd

  • i use ''true'' as of course it is possible to go bronze > challenger with genuinely good players, night blue is a living example, his first season B5 his second season he spammed and got challenger and has been there since.

Elise has a kit that's killer. W (spider-bomb) > R (spider form) > Q (bite/hop) causes the W to leap with your other spiderlings.

Also probably something to do with her jungle strength right now not being hyper-good.

That and mini-nerfs keep hitting her and items she might otherwise pick.

Her kit is very versatile which makes her such a joy to play. The more complex a champion is and the more play style options he/she enables, the more fun you're going to have imo. At least if you know how to play said champ.

I thought Elise is pretty strong right now though? Even though I never see her.

I got Sol after release and played him like 2 times. He feels like Anivia 2.0. Not really unique.

Madjack011 votes

Hmm, I wouldn't be able to tell since I have never played Anivia. Except for the stun though, they look absolutely different on paper.

The stun actually feels very different too, i have no idea why sol makes him think of anivia
