please nerf vayne's silver bolt (make it as toggle that costs mana)
my suggest you to remove her passive then make it as toggle... so toggle will require 48 mana to use 1 silver bolt... (16 mana = 1 aa) similar to jinx 's q ( fishbone toggle) or same old ash's q
PLUS make it maximum damage... 200-400 dmg per silver bolt ... so it would be balanced against fight and tank....
why? vyane is so strong with AD stacks esspecially botrk since its buff... and you already nerf many armor items on next patch)
