Executioner's Culling

Hello all.

There is this little item: . At present it only has one build path, into . But this is only really good on late game Aa-centric champions.

As a support player, bringing GW debuff is useful to me. So buying is a maybe. But the upgrade is downright irrelevant to me as a support. Ok yes i can attack tanks with it and get some extra juice out of my junk AA. But really actually it doesn't really do much aside from the debuff since my baseline is so unpretty.

How about some support oriented item out of that? Maybe some anti-healing on a grander scale? Maybe some stats that are more universally useful? Maybe both?

Executioner's culling + Giant's belt 500 HP 20 AD

Active: Shadow Graveyard. Ground targeted AOE. After a 1.5 second delay, all champions in the area gain GW debuff. Including friendlies.
