These NA servers lately /rant

I am here because, once again, riot fails to get their stuff together and keep a game, that generates loads of money, afloat. Seriously, what in the gosh dang dolly is so hard for all of your teams to not keep the game... functional? Every day we see some new update about how they are "working" on some problem. For around 2-3 years I have played and seen at least a thousand of these messages, and guess what not one dang thing EVER seems to get fixed. Like do they plan to actually fix their stuff which others, like me, spend a lot of money on? I understand, things happen, but what the actual gosh dang dolly. If your gonna have a game, that is popular, that people spend a LOT of money on, can you at least make it work correctly 5 out of 7 days in a week? Heck, about once a week the servers shutdown, or something happens where you cant even play the game. That is about 1/7 of the time, that you can't play. Then their is the constant "maintenance", that seems to fix nothing, and lags the heck out of everyone playing. Then, about 2-3 days a week, I see people that in every game their seems to be 2-4 people that DC, and cant reconnect. Now, today, their having MORE problems with the log in client. Ok, how about you fix it once AND LEAVE IT THE GOSH DANG DOLLY ALONE? Literally, if you cant change it without messing up everything, LEAVE IT THE GOSH DANG DOLLY ALONE. Thanks. -One annoyed to heck customer of riot.-

P.S. To who ever removed my last post, because it had to many "bad" words in it, I apologize if in my post I was infact "being a jerk" and immature. I thought we were all adults here (supposed to be at least), and I didn't know my wording choice was out of line. I have changed ALL words of question, so as not to offend anyone else that might read it. I still would like to get my view of it out to the other NA players, who i can almost guarantee are sick of trying to play a game they spent their hard earned money on, and yet it still seems to be broke. Like, I wish I would have knew how...not good...the servers were, and I would have spent my money else where. But, now that it is used here already, and you don't have a our servers are down again, here is a refund button, I continue to use the servers. Not to say I don't like the game, It is superb. But, if you can't access it frequently, without interruptions, it isn't a smart purchase. And I hate to be "that" customer, but when something is not working, I usually take it back, asking for a refund. If refunds are not accepted, it is atleast nice to get a little "thanks for being a loyal customer through our hard times in this buisness* bonus. Say if I go to a restaurant, and I have a problem with my food, (that is the restaurants fault), they 100% of the time give a coupon, to thank you for dealing with said problem rationally. If I buy something that doesn't work, I get a refund. So, why shouldn't I expect the same from your company? I think, after something like this happens, riot games should offer a "coupon" if you will. If the server dectects that the said problem has negatively affected me (say i couldent log on to play, the firewall issue everyone gets, the constant shutdowns, etc), why not credit us, like, a minor skin worth of rp? Or, if that is to much, give us like, 20% more RP on our next purchase of said RP. Just something positive, to justify the repeated setbacks that us NA players have been experiencing lately. That way, it promotes me to purchase some RP, and I atleast get alittle more for my buck. Thanks for reading everyone. Have a nice night.
