Has riot not realized that they have failed to do GODAMN ANYTHING AT ALL TO FIX YASUO?????? I just played vs one as rengar. He got a few early kills, nothing special. Static Shiv, Infinity Edge, and last whisper. bam. can 1v3 anyone, I guarantee it. Put ANY champion vs him 1v1, and if he gets 1 AA off on them they loose, automatically, no questions asked, nothing else matters. Why in the (pardon my french) fuck is this guy even still allowed? How about we make a new champion, and his passive doubles any damage items you buy? Hell, Lets make katarina aslo double any AP she buys? That would be about as smart? He litterally 3shot me 25 minutes into the game. um, wtf is this? Riot always talks about "counter play" this and "counter play" that. Where in the hell is the counter play to being 3shot? ok, i thought so.

Just another example of overloading kits, insane damage and riot thinks a MS nerf will do something. Meanwhile Jax and other champions that WERE good are now shit.

I agree with both sides of this argument.

Yasuo is INCREDIBLY easy to shut down. A snare or a stun to keep him at bay and he gets eaten alive without his ability to zip around and do as he pleases. If he doesn't get super fed early on, he can fall of very hard in the late game.

However, there is FAR too much reward for too little risk when playing him. I consider him basically a ranged Yi. He takes very little skill to do well with, I'm sorry but Q three times and R is NOT hard, and he has a few too many escape options and damage mitigations through a possible double shield along with a long lasting Wind Wall to act like he isn't still impossible to deal with once his core items are done, especially when dodging those CC abilities is actually pretty damn easy with him. Even targeted spells fall flat in the face of his Wind Wall.

Yasuo might be easy to shut down, but he also doesn't need a whole lot to get on one of the biggest steamrolls I've seen since before Riven got nerfed all to hell a year ago.

Yasuo's kit will ALWAYS be problematic. He's so overloaded that the slightest lead will let him completely snowball the game

You forgot to mention that the 25/12 Yasuo lost.

I agree, I think it's kind of a tricky situation because on one hand he's already received enough nerfs to make his early game pretty terrible, but at the same time at lvl 3 he has a free shield, free dash, free wall, and essentially a free knock-up. If that doesn't sound overloaded I'm not sure what does. I also agree that there's not a whole lot of counter play against a mid-late game Yasuo. If Yas gets his knock-up you're dead and there's nothing you can do because of all the free crits and the fact that you're knocked up. By the time you land you can't react to save yourself. Doesn't help that Yas needs basically only one cheap item to be really effective. I don't know, but I feel pretty strongly that the dash and the wind wall are the most broken parts of his kit because they give him a stupid amount of protection in situations where he would otherwise be vulnerable.
