CAN WE PLEASE

Can we make it so that supports have more of an impact during laning phase while nerfing adcs? I just played a game as janna during my promos and lost because someone picked vayne against caitlyn, Vayne walks into kennen trying to poke gets comboed by kennen shielded by me and dies, Then I shake it dies trying to get the cannon minion while trying to 1v2, So there is nothing i could do there the vayne counter picked herself couldn't play vayne and then guess what happens? I GET PUNISHED because my vayne decided to go adc while not being able to cs
