Karthus VO Request

I recently played my first game in a long time with Karthus, and, like a good Karthus player, I primarily used my Q (lay waste) to farm. The problem with that is Karthus' attack-command lines only trigger on auto attacks so by using Q to last-hit (AKA, play Karthus properly), you miss half of his (amazing) voiceover.

So, Riot, could Karthus' attack lines also trigger when he uses his Q?
