Or at least give it a cooldown. It's cancer for top laners and for squishy carries lategame.
I don't really see how "don't fight near a bush" is valid counterplay, seeing as 80% of the map has, or is near an accessible bush.

i love how every single person says "cancer" or "toxic" just because Riot said them one time in the vain attempt that Riot will actually take them seriously yet they use the words in such a way that no one with half a brain will take them seriously since it's so obvious they have no idea what they are talking about
It's core to his identity but it needs a rework. Its supposed to help him gank as a jungler and create interesting midgame areas of power, but right now its just used toplane and makes him completely obnoxious early game. Maybe a brief internal cooldown that scales down with level.
I think that Rengar really just needs to have his ability to queue up abilities and activate stuff like ravenous removed while he is in the air. He would still have the same damage, but the burst would be a little bit more delayed so people just don't blow up in less than a second (I have played ADC rengar where literally I jump out of a bush and kill people and tanks in under 2s max, about 1s for carry 2s for a tank)
