Why doesn't Kalista hunt Warwick?
If I recall correctly Warwick betrayed Soraka directly, so I guess Riot just forgot about this pair when they made Kalista?

I thought so too but Kalista needs to make a contract with Soraka for this to happen. Soraka may blame Warwick for what happened to her but she isn't one to try to get revenge. Also, remember Soraka's quote at the end of her lore page : "The cruelty of one will not blind me to the suffering of many."
Because Warwick is so OP now that she is afraid to fight him.
I doubt it has to do with hiring her,because as far as we know

betrayed someone else again(actually not that unlikely in cassios case),then there is no way kalista was already hired to kill them.
I think either riot simply forgot about ww or it might be because soraka doesn't want revenge on warwick,I mean for all the others that were marked we also know some champs who would want to kill them for their betrayal(except for hecarim,because it is still unknown who he betrayed and Leblanc,cause we don't know who was betrayed by her,but it is safe to assume that she did already betray multiple people).
Because someone has to hire her to hunt him?
Because possible future WW update sees new lore to prevent Sorokas heart from being eaten.
WW didn't really betray Soraka did he? I would say that he tricked her but didn't necessarily betray her.

You have to summon Kalista. She does not give a damn about you getting backstabbed unless you pay her in delicious, delicious soul juice.

It's possible he will get a VGU after Tristana and Poppy are done.
