Champion Selecetion Art Bug
If someone dodges a champ and you're hovering over a champion, their champion art will stay on your screen until you get into another champion selection. In my opinion this is super annoying and I know it isn't a new bug.

Old one... I have that even in game but it happens rare
I thought this was just happening to me, you're right this bug has been here since at least season 2, hopefully riot sees this
You cannot escape Nocturne
A quick fix is to go into a custom champ select hover over a character then exit.
I do say the bug is extremely annoying though.
