Champion Selecetion Art Bug
If someone dodges a champ and you're hovering over a champion, their champion art will stay on your screen until you get into another champion selection. In my opinion this is super annoying and I know it isn't a new bug.

Ashe God2 votesI thought this was just happening to me, you're right this bug has been here since at least season 2, hopefully riot sees this
Baval1 votesYou cannot escape Nocturne
Dark Passage1 votesA quick fix is to go into a custom champ select hover over a character then exit.
I do say the bug is extremely annoying though.
