I get why they made it cost health, but the fact that you cant build health without making yourself worse is a bit strange in general. Its the only example of true negative synergy in league i can think of

Upgrading Sightstone has always been a joke ever since the ward update. Don't need to remind anyone.

It's not that bad, really. Yes, mathematically it IS worse, but you don't really feel it in game. I've bought Rylai's and Ruby Sightsone on her and walked around semi-tanky and didn't much mind.

The thing about mathematics is that they don't really apply perfectly to real situations. In a real teamfight, you won't have the time to heal people 10 times. You will heal people 3-4 times at most, and land 1-3 Qs. Also remember your ult heals yourself too, so you can save it for last and gain back most of the health you lost healing people.

Seriously people, you can build health on Soraka. It's okay. You really won't notice the difference.
