Let's Help Riot Fix Dodged Match Maker Queue's

How many times have you had a queue dodged, and then accidentally go right back in even though you know that it's a bad idea and that you should wait?

....and then what do you know, you get a less than optimal pick order and all of the OP champs that were picked before are now banned.

This is both broken and exploitable. So let's help Riot come up with a better system.

My proposed solution:

the next queue if a player chooses to immediately go back in, should have EXACTLY THE SAME CHAMPS PRE-BANNED and only the spot left by the dodger should be filled back in with another player in the same exact order that everyone was in before.

Otherwise, after a dodge, players should be randomized to not appear in the same queues together for a period of 1 hour.

me = last pick 7/8 games, fine w/e stuck jungling or support. even though i call mid/adc right away (like id get it).

8th game rolls around, yes! i got first pick! - i ban leblanc, zed, sejuani, enemy team banned annie, morgana, vi.

i lock in ahri first pick, enemy team gets to pick. AND SOMEONE DODGED!

+1, while I don't care about the exploitation aspects of this, when someone dodges at the last second they've wasted over five minutes of everyone's time and it's annoying as fuck. If you dodge you should face the full penalty of a lost game, including a 1 hour wait before you can play in another game.
