Are you supposed to be able to see foxfire from a brush?

I was just playing a game against a team with Ahri and she was in a brush. And she had Foxfire active and you could see it spinning around outside of the bush even though you couldn't see her while she was in the brush. So you can tell exactly where she is lol. Is it supposed to be that way now?
