The atk speed reduction hardly helps, only real thing there is armor really, given, the atk speed reduction is ok... but stifling his healing, or getting something to kite him (rylais or mallet depending on champ) would work better wouldn't it?

You mean Yorick? Ult plus minions and W him, walk away. Ult and ghouls chunk him. Rinse repeat. He can't fight it as he can't kill them with his Q
