Cass rework concept

She is a poison mage, damnit. Stop turning her into a machine gun.

Passive: aspect of serpent Damaging an enemy with a spell applies one stack of aspect of serpent for 2 seconds, up to 7 stacks. If an enemy has 7 stacks, they gain a debuff called "Serpents Kiss" for 5 seconds. If a target has Serpents Kiss on them, all poison effects stack twice on them, and killing it causes Cassiopea to resore X health and X mana (doubled versus champions)

Q: turn up the damage

W: turn up the damage If a target has Serpents Kiss on them, Miasma will accumulate one stack on them every two seconds that they remain in the cloud.

E: Twin Fang Cassiopea deals magic damage to a target unit (lowered). If the unit was poisoned, all poison effects on the target are refreshed and will deal X% more damage (damage multiplier stacking twice)

I'm not sure if these specific changes are what she needs, but I approve of the concept behind them.

So.... we're giving her something like Darius's Noxian Might passive with a healing effect on any kind of kill? That doesn't sound toxic at all. She'll be able to stay in lane forever and keep poking with her now-rebuffed, already pretty toxic Q. That sounds absolutely horrible to play against. Especially with Twin Fang's reset, making poison last forever on someone. Honestly, this rework sounds more toxic than pretty much anything else in League. There's a reason why many people hate DoT, and why Riot keeps nerfing it or taking it out of kits. Silences and invisibility and Heimer are the same, very tough to balance, because if they're good, they're overbearing and obnoxious to play against. So Riot has been removing them and making them less existing. Except for Heimer, he's just pretty bad.

A: It is not like Noxian Might. The ability to stack poisons on a target and heal if you kill it is not the same as +200 AD. If this is like Noxian might, then Twisted Fate's stacked deck is comparable to silver bolts. B: It only heals her if she hits it 7 times with spells beforehand (Minions generally die far before that point) C: People don't hate DoT. That is just you. D: Silences are not hard to balance. If rito can balance stuns, they can balance silences. E: Stealth has not been getting removed. All that has been happening is an excessive number of Eve nerfs, and some stupid nerfs to twitch. You can counter it with 100 gold. F: Heimer, overbearing... what... anyone competent with their champion can either beat or at least go even with Heimer in mid if they don't make stupid mistakes. Heimer can crush lots of toplane champions, and while that is irritating, picking Heimer top in solo queqe means one less tank to shred through.

A: It's alike in the way that you get X stacks of DoT effect and get something bonus top reward you for it. B: But if every stack of poison counts for one, like I inferred, that adds up very quickly. C: They are nearly impossible to track for the enemy and make you feel like any death was cheap. Why else would so many people hate Teemo? D: Silences are hard to balance because they make playing against a silencer feel terrible. Have you ever had that sickening feeling of getting hit by a Cho'Gath W, just to have no escape when the Q comes in? It's just demoralizing. E: And Akali was nerfed way out of the meta. F: Like old Darius, he is just obnoxious to play against. Sure, he'll be simple to beat later, but right now, I have to endure hell to get some farm.

A: No, you don't. You get absolutely nothing until they hit seven stacks. B: Well, it doesn't. Once you hit 7 stacks on someone, your poisons stack twice and you get a reward for killing it. Not to mention that because it is a debuff, you can QSS that shit. C: People hate Teemo because invisible, slowing minefields are annoying as fuck, and if he gets a good matchup he turns into satan. DoT effects are easy to track, just watch them tick down. They certainly feel less "cheap" than getting oneshot by Annie or Rengar. All DoT's do is tack on a sense of impending doom, as well as gives time for counter play. D: Silences are a weak form of CC. What is more devastating, being unable to cast spells for 1.5 seconds, or being unable to cast spells, basic attack, or move for 1.5 seconds? E: Akali was nerfed because of her mobility and burst. F: Not really on the same level as old darius in terms of bullying. Kill his turrets, and he will be forced under his tower, which is not a good siutation for him. It helps that the early game HP on those turrets is pitiful.
