Why is Rengar's q at lvl 1 lower then his base dmg when
Kayn can oneshot raptors with his w and q and lvl 2, I never understood the q nerfs people already hate it nerfing it makes it worse.

Why does Kayn's Q cost him mana, reducing his overall casts, while Rengar can do it for free and even builds up his passive in order to cast a stronger version?

Isn't rengars Q spread out across three attacks? So overall... he's doing like 25+25+25+20
