The ardent censar change in pbe is not going to help the item

The adding of 30 on hit magic attack per attack for 6 seconds, while also reducing the attack speed to 15% from 25% is not going to help the item be pick up more. It needs to be buff a lot more I dont know how but its going to be the same situation when ardent censar first came out. It is going to be hyped in the first few weeks ppl are going to say its amazing, its crazy its so overpower and then after its going to be not picked up after that. Its going to be one of the lowest picked item in the game, and then after 6 and 7 months support mains are going to say its a terrible item. Dont you love these cycle.

PS: You are all falling into the trap. You all say its amazing now but wait in few months you will be like this item is still in the store.

It will be broken on Alistar if it gives all the minions he heal +30 magic damage on hit though.

Oh man, I forgot about that. It works on minions that Raka and Ali heal, as well as turrets that Janna shields. This ought to be good.

I wonder if the on-hit effect will affect towers. Otherwise, my main use of the item (taking towers) is going to be meh. Trades and whatnot might be easier, but I'd rather have more AS.

I doubt it. I dont think there any on attack effect that works on tower.

+30 Damage on Hit, so you just gave your ADC a item 1037 and change by throwing a defensive shield on them... only it's Magic instead of AD which most enemy laners don't build MR in lane... so it's getting through... in the middle of a trade you're buffing your carries defensive and offensive ability significantly and they are pumping out more damage. I see this being built on Jana / Morg / Karma as a main build item. But don't have PBE access to test how great it is.

the problem with this item on morg is your not goign to spam your shield like you would be on karma and janna.

janna is the supp who uses this item the best out of any other supps. seeing she has a shield and a heals both. if i used nid as a supp it would be absolutly perfect for her seeing her heals gives attack speed buff and stackign that with this item its great

I don't know if it would be worth prioritizing over tier2 boots or tier3 support items, but it does sound considerable now. I think if it doesn't find a way to squeeze in a little earlier on item-wise, it will fall off as it did before.

Dam this is a good change, how is it not? 30 magic dmg per attack for 6 seconds? Janna/Soraka can give whole team 30 magic dmg on hit mages can take more advantage to this and not just ad champs only.

The on hit damage is going to make the bonuses it gives more team neutral. Cause not everyone on your team is going to majorly benefit from extra AS.

It's going to be better in more situations. and less of a niche item. I'll definitely build this on my sona.

They nerfed it back down to 6 seconds duration on the PBE today. Still a cool change overall though.

SO... stacking item 3504 and item 3050 is a thing now? I can just imagine Alistar , Sona , Janna , Lux , or Soraka in teamfights. ..instant +50 per aa..
