So i recently started playing Annie, and I was thinking maybe building protobelt on her. It gives annie the 3 essential things she needs, AP, CDR, and HP. The active on the item gives her a dash which is great for positioning ult. Which also fires out bolts in an arc that deal +35% AP on enemy champs. I don't see anyone building it, and it is pretty cheap at 2500. Is there a reason no one builds it?
I actually played against an annie with proto belt today and it worked well on her, (Unfortunitly for me lol), however i think that raw stats are better now and i would wait till they buff proto belt to get it. Riot said that they will be buffing it slightly and released the item weak because they didnt want release a OP item that was like having a secound flash.
I guess people just prefer raw stats on her over the dash. There isn't a reason not to get it, so go ham. xD
