Is Veigar ever going to get changed or buffed/nerfed?

I feel like Veigar has really high dmg on all his abilities which can make the game unfair for squishies ( espcially adcs ) because they really cant do much in a teamfight if 1 q or w hits them. Sure your whole team can pile on the veigar after hes used his e but veigar is just going to use zhonyas and hopefully his team will help him survive. Even as a tank you cant build straight MR because there will still some enemy ads on their team.
