IP into RP?
Maybe riot can add a feature where every 100 ip can be turned into 1 rp. I know that kinda seems like a very little ammount of rp but it really makes you work for it.

Raise that IP scaling to 200 IP per 1 RP. Maybe even 500. 100 is too easy. Its like if you have accumulated 1,000,000 IP and you are allowed to do this, you can get 1,000 free RP. But with 200, it goes down to 500 RP and with 500 it goes down to 200 RP. I'd personally like it, but we got some people on here that will down vote, say their reasons, and overwhelm you with grief for even bringing up the idea. It would help get rid of a lot of left over IP, but I wouldn't be that generous.
I myself would love this idea, but you want to know why they would never do it? Think of people who have been playing this game since day one, who have millions upon millions of IP that they no longer need because they've bought all the champions, all the runes they actually need, etc. This would make it so they would never have to spend money on the game again. Is it a good idea? Yeah, but unfortunately it just wouldn't work; they would lose a LOT of money that they could potentially make from those players who have already bought everything IP-wise.

Yes, it's a good idea, but like what FIuffCow said, it wouldn't work too well with old players. Also, 100 IP to 1 RP is extremely low. Quite frankly, it isn't worth it to play ~250 games just for that new icon that came out 2 months ago.
