Wukong and the new Black Cleaver

I don't know what other people have seen, but to me the new Black Cleaver is making Wukong a little but too snowbally. Along with such great tower-pushing potential, he can 1v1 almost anyone with his cc, jukes, and damage. On top of that, now he shreds even more of your armor and gains movement speed to chase you after he engages. While I'm not going to say "OMG GUT WUKONG RITO SO OP," I will say you should so something just to make him a little funner to play against than E, Q, W, E, R, Q, W, Q, E, Q, W and win a teamfight.
