If you really want a Red on your post.
Considering it is fairly obvious that all you guys want a red to comment on your thread, it might be a good idea to consider what you say before complaining. It is pretty obvious what reds look for when commenting so try to stick to the following if you want feedback:
-
Don't rage. It has been stated over and over that Rioters look for posts about something important. Saying "#%$@ YOU YOU STUPID (Rioter name) doesn't encourage them to respond. "But we keep saying that we just want them to respond!" Except everyone is always so whiny about them not responding after 5 minutes and they immediately start raging. I mean, maybe a Rioter is working on something such as the Mandrake Ward? Are they not supposed to be working to make the game better? So maybe a Rioter doesn't notice your post for the first 10 minutes on it being in the... forums? When they do see it, I can't confirm this, obviously since I'm not a Red, but I believe they do READ your post. Their option of commenting is partially on whether or not you used excessive cursing in your thread. If you said something like "I honestly think it is stupid for " that really isn't cursing, but if you said " is so @#$% stupid the @#$% that you #@@$#@ do.." is something that will keep Rioters away.

Keep it related to gameplay. When I say this I mean don't go ranting off that they do nothing or that a champion is dumb, but instead try to talk about multiple champions, or just have a question towards a Rioter about something. For example, looking at recent posts people such as Meddler and Riot Axes do respond if the post is directed towards them and gameplay, or if it is a reasonable statement about a wide variety of things in a group. More do respond as well, it depends on the topic being talked about. For example, the people who worked on Bard or more likely to respond to questions about him then the people who worked on Azir. Even if they don't respond, stuff like Veigar and Kassadin changes are coming into effect because of the overwhelming majority of people making threads about it that have reasonable arguments. Sure, more than half of these threads were just someone raging after one game, but some people took the time to actually think of a good statement.

Don't say it is/isn't LC$ approved, especially when having the $ instead of an S. This just shows you think that Riot does everything for the money. I'm sure Phreak goes making champion spotlights for money and not to explain stuff about a champion to people interested in such champion. Because that sounds so reasonable. The reason why you don't see stuff in the LCS is because the people in the LCS mastered other things better or because a certain champion counters the opposing one, like in normal and ranked drafts. For example, if Fizz is picked, you generally will see a champion with lots of poke picked and not a champion like Yasuo due to Fizz struggling against poke heavy champions, but performing well against champs with low poke. I choose to believe that Riot makes choices that help the Summoners. Even if Riot was only after money, if the players didn't like what Riot was doing, then Riot wouldn't get any money because players wouldn't want to pay for something they don't like.

Don't mention a Red in a dishonorable way. For example, people have been saying that GhostCrawler has been making decisions to harm the gameplay experience. Except you notice all those people complain after one game. Take the time to get to know something before jumping to the conclusion that a Rioter intentionally was out to get you or that champion. Lastly, disrespecting one Rioter shows that you probably will disrespect any others that comment or just in general. How are you going to get a Rioter to comment if you are proving you dislike Rioters or even the whole company?
Hopefully this helps you guys get that Red that you didn't know why you never got by telling you exactly why you didn't get it.
P.S. If you feel the need to downvote this, go ahead, but don't go raging in the comments like what I mentioned in Points 1 and 3.
