When is Riot Going To Allow ADC's to be Viable????

Real talk, I've just about had enough of this tank meta, but also broken AF melee carries that can literally just 1v5 unless your team is abusing them as well (Yasuo, Jax, Riven, Yi, and the list goes on). Why does riot hate the adc class so much?

I may be Bronze V in solo queue but I have friends who are high diamond and I play with them a lot, and we get matched vs other diamonds and I almost always have a positive k/d/a, I know how to play at the competitive level and my friends agree. I don't care what rank you are, you won't climb out of bronze V. It has an infinite supply of trolls, intentional feeders, AFKers, etc. it's the only elo you could consider elo hell and every season I win all 10 placements get put back in bronze V so Riot hates me too haha

as I stated I main ADC and I think the class as a whole could use some serious help, but maybe more importantly we need to fix the tank/Melee meta.

First of all why are tanks able to completely ignore my damage? as a 6 item tristana I should be able to kill tanks when they over-extend but instead they take zero damage, stun me for a year, and then I get deleted. I think all the tank items should be overhauled, give half of the resist or half of the HP, they would probably still be strong anyway.

Now as for melee carries Jax? Why is he able to ignore auto attacks when he deals 5x more damage than any other champion? and that's not even factoring his ultimate which makes him literally invulnerable. I don't understand why this is allowed.

Then Tryndamere oh look at me I can just press R and right click hue hue out played.

Don't even want to start talking about yasuo, or this garbage new champ kayn, I'll probably have a panic attack these broken pieces of crap actually give me PTSD.

But honestly the most broken champ in the game has to be Volibear. Build full straight pure tank and still 2 shot me, very fun. Who came up with the idea for his W to scale on HP? If you remove that part of his kit, he could be balanced, if not still a little on the strong side, but at least not 100 percent pick/ban.

And before you say "but you can just kite" you try kiting a volibear who has dead mans plate, righteous glory, and flash, you're not going to get very far.
