I refuse to believe that this balance team is going to commit to fixing ADC's

one of these things will happen:

  1. parallel compensation buffs negate any and all nerfs, resulting in the ADC general power level being unchanged.
  2. Riot releases solid nerfs but then ADC mains break out of the wood-works in full force to cry, and riot hot-fix buffs ADC's back to being busted.
  3. Riot changes nothing, and makes excuses "we're still working on bot lane" "we're not convinced there's a problem" "our data suggests adc is fine"
  4. Riot just delays again "adc needs to be fixed but it won't happen until pre-season 9, we need to work on nerfing whatever counters adc's right now"

the best case scenario is that Riot fixes adc's and does not hot-fix buff them afterwards. But once ADC mains realize the game no longer 100 percent revolves around them, we'll be battered by a new meme "Adc2k18" and they'll keep shouting Adc2k18 until riot eventually buffs it back to being completely broken, or the psychopathic adc mains quit the game. Let's be real, Riot will have to choose between keeping these fanatical delusional adc mains, or keeping the rest of us. and I bet they choose the adc mains.

im despreatly trying to belive they will fix it.. but when i see shit like.

"we are trying to bring non-adc down bot" instead of fixing the actual issue.. i kinda lose hope in that.

like there is zero chance in hell any other class can go bot because adc are the most broken class in the game. no one would ever give that up unless adc are not only nerfed, but nerfed MORE than they need to be. which is COMPLETELY impossible. because even in early 2017 when adc were nerfed properly, instead of making it so the other classes got nerfs too so we would have balanced game... they psychotically and drastically overbuffed ADC's to the absurd.

so yeah as much as i WANT to believe riot... they dont have the best track record.

and yeah seeing mage nerfs, who are without a doubt the weakest and least impactful class in the game right now. is downright pathetic.

especially when at the same time the own baby Ryze who never even had mana issues to begin with and is absurdly good at stacking item 3070 and who has ALWAYS had a core of item 3003 . gets "free mana".

its ludicrous.

and if riot is actually SURPRISED at how we react.. then it just shows how completely out of touch with their game they actually are.

Bashing the ADC players and lumping them together as delusional power hungry psychos doesn’t help the issue. You know who else needs to deal with ADC the burst, arguably the most? The enemy ADC who has to try to control the rapidly snowballing ADC. Acting like Marksman are the sole reason why they are insanely strong also hurts fixing the issue, because the nonstop ganks and roams bottom make the snowball worse. Not saying Marksman aren’t an issue, but come on man.

A fed ADC should naturally be able to carry the game as long as the team around him/her plays around that advantage, hence the name "Attack-Damage-Carry."
