Ziggs takes over my perma ban pick

I'm sick of losing games because he can 2 shot towers while completely preventing you from pushing with his wave clear. The fact he just gets a 35% execute regardless of what his items are is just insane to me. You can go from having inner turret up mid to the game being over in under a minute. And with the new Ziggs ADC meta, bot lane is losing tower the second they get pushed out of lane. I can deal with champs getting fed and beasting on my team, but a feeding Ziggs just molesting my towers is not ok. So long Ziggs.
