These patch notes are getting lazier with every patch

I remember when whoever was writing the patch notes used to give lengthy paragraph explanations as to why they were making the changes they were making. I enjoyed reading them cause not only did they provide context to the changes but they were usually humorous to read. Now we get one sentence explanations "Uh yeah we're buffing this to make them stronger". Yeah no shit, but why? Or we get "It's bad". Why was it bad, what is the reason for the changes?

I feel like Riot is starting to show it's laziness and lack of effort in balancing it's own content. It doesn't seem like they listen to their testing community at all and the PBE is just a place to announce changes before they hit live. Just disappointing to see the lack of communication and effort on the part of the developers.
