Every single item is gonna have 10% cdr attached and every single game will turn into URF. Seriously RIot, I'm honestly worried you guys think this is somehow not gonna be a problem going into the future of this game's lifecycle (or whats left of it). It's not hard to just look at the forums and not see a thread with a title like this one explaining it much better then I can.

I'm behind y'all all the way when it comes to supporting this game but can we just take a step back and maybe get a larger picture on what this game truly needs to be and not fail.

Turning the game into URF is what they want, because URF kills the playerbase just by virtue of it existed once. People play URF, people get used to its pacing and spamming, people go to play ranked and its not the same game and get bored and quit.

URF should have never happened, and League would be better if we just tried to forget.

Every single damage item*

Tank items are the only class items without easily accessible CDR, especially if you are building armor. Funny because tanks have some of the most demanding CDR needs
