The issue with bard

I have not played bard. I will say that off the bat, but I have seen him played enough to tell a few things. First off the biggest mistake riot did with him was give him one attack that does not do much. The other thing about him is he has to go around and get his chimes. So basically they made him part jungle, Part support. That is why bard is awful. Now what they can do to change him. First remove the chimes that are every were and make them only pop up around were he is. Next His heal has to do much more then it does now. Its does not help much really. Sona has better heals still. Now lastly ether make his spell hurt more, or make the stuns last longer.

Now if you like him were he is at then that's fine. I am just saying why I think he is getting played less and less, and his win rate is so low.
